UK orders.

All UK orders are processed with a delivery charge of £3.55, however large or small the order is.  Orders under 2kg will normally be despatched via Royal Mail.  Orders over 2kg will probably be despatched by courier,  customer orders from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles will probably be despatched via Royal Mail standard parcels service.  We reserve the right to use which service we feel is most appropriate.  We aim to deliver goods within 5 working days, sometimes items can be delayed by transport companies which is outwith our control

European orders

We charge each order as per the weight of the package, this charge is shown in your shopping basket based on what you are ordering.  You will always know at checkout the shipping charge incurred.

All orders under 2kg will be despatched via Royal Mail standard airmail.  Orders over 2kg will be sent by courier.  Please note that due to the contract rates we have negotiated we have a fixed price for orders over 2kg and less than 30kg to most European countries.  Orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 weeks.

USA / Rest of the World orders

We charge each order as per the weight of the package, this charge is shown in your shopping basket based on what you are ordering.  You will always know at checkout the shipping charge incurred.

Please note that all delivery costs will be clear at checkout.  There will be no additional costs to what you see on the site.  Customers outside of the European Union are liable to pay any import duties or taxes.  We will not declare low customs values on parcels as this is illegal.
